    We sharpen your knives using state of the art machinery and skilled craftspeople, and return them within 4 days

About the Process

Our postal knife sharpening service is designed to be simple, safe, and professional from order to the return of your knives. Once you order, we send you a purpose-made sharpening envelope that includes protective knife sheaths, allowing you to safely pack and post your knives to us.

The envelope is suitable for 2 to 8 kitchen knives, making it ideal for both home cooks and professionals. After securing your knives, you send the package to us by post. For complete peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured up to €500.

When your knives arrive, each blade is assessed individually. Our professional knife sharpening service takes into account the specific requirements of every knife, including steel type, blade geometry, and optimal sharpening angle. This ensures excellent cutting performance while preserving the life of the knife.

Knives that show signs of wear, damage, or neglect receive refurbishment where necessary, such as edge repair or corrective reprofiling. We tailor treatment to each and every blade, resulting in longer-lasting sharpness and better edge retention.

Once sharpening and refurbishment are complete, your knives are cleaned, protected, and packed for return shipping. They are then sent back to you by post — sharpened, safe, and ready for immediate use.
